For orders above Rs. 1000, the shipping is free in most categories

However, please note that the delivery time may vary depending on factors such as the shipping method, product availability, and the delivery address. Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number by message that you can use to track your order. You can track your order on our website or on the shipping company’s website.

Delivery Issues: In the unlikely event that your product(s) are damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong product(s), please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delayed Delivery: We will do our best to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, in the rare case of a delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, transportation strikes, or other factors beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or losses that may arise.

Cancellation policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatching the order by sending us email at fairpricedeal.com@gmail.com We will process the cancellation and issue a refund as per our refund policy.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the same payment account used during the transaction via the payment gateway, in case of order cancellations or failed transactions with debited amounts. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days.

fairpricedeal reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
