1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of:

    • Damaged product received

    • Incorrect item shipped

2. Mandatory Condition

  • An unboxing video is required as proof, starting from the package seal being opened.

  • Without a valid unboxing video, no refund or return will be processed.

3. Time Frame

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Rudraksha and gemstones that are energized or customized specifically for you.

  • Any product returned without original packaging or missing components.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected (along with the video proof), we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
