Description

Lord Shiva is known for granting profound blessings when worshipped with devotion. The month of Shravan is considered especially auspicious for Lord Shiva’s worship, making it an ideal time to perform rituals dedicated to Him. By offering prayers to Lord Shiva, devotees are believed to attain good health, prosperity, happiness, and protection from negative influences and adversaries.

One of the most sacred ways to honor Lord Shiva is through the Archana with Bilva leaves, which hold immense spiritual significance. The Bilva Dal, a cluster of three Bilva leaves, represents Lord Shiva’s three eyes. It is also believed that the roots of the Bilva Tree embody the essence of all pilgrimage sites, adding to its divine importance.

Puja Description:
The ritual includes Gauri Ganesh Pujan, Rudrabhishek, and the offering of 1001 Bilva Patra during the Archana, concluding with Aarti. This puja can be performed on Mondays or any other auspicious day.

The Lord Shiva's 1001 Bilva Patra Archana is conducted by two Vedic pundits and has a duration of approximately 3 hours.

Prasadam: Upon the completion of the Archana, the devotee will receive:

  • A Rudraksha Japmala
  • A Shivpuran (Book) as a sacred blessing and spiritual guide.
