Gruha Pravesh Puja is conducted when moving into a new house or re-entering a home after renovations. This puja is performed to cleanse the home’s environment and safeguard it from negative energies and harmful influences, fostering peace and harmony within the household.

The ceremony purifies every corner of the house, reduces the adverse effects of any Vaastu Dosha, and provides a sense of spiritual and mental tranquility for family members. Additionally, it attracts good luck, prosperity, and a feeling of divine contentment for all residents.

The most auspicious months for performing the Gruha Pravesh Puja include Vaisakh (April-May), Phalguna (February-March), and Magh (January-February). Recommended auspicious days for this puja are Dussehra, Dhanteras, Magh Purnima, Vasant Panchami, Gudi Padwa, and Akshay Tritiya.

Puja Details: The rituals include Dwar Pravesh Puja, Swasti Vaachan, Shaanti Path, Sankalp, Ganesh Sthapan, Kalash Sthapan, Kanya Puja, Tulsi Puja, Gau Puja, Varun Puja, Shodash Matrika Puja, Navagraha Puja, Kul Devi-Devta Puja, Kshetrapal Puja, Vaastu Yantra Sthapan, Vaastu Puja, Pitru Puja, Ganapati Havan, Navagraha Havan, Divya Vaastu Havan, Purnahuti, Maha Mangal Aarti, and Prasad distribution.

The duration of this puja is approximately 4 to 5 hours.

It requires four pundits to perform the rituals.

The prasadam includes a Horse Shoe (Ghode ki Naal) and a Brass Swastika as blessings for the participants.
